Sailing-Routes Propositions

Ionic Sea, one week, ca. 120 nm

You start in Marina Gouvia at Corfu, sail on over Plataria to the Islands Paxos and Antipaxos, up over Parga, Syvota, northern to Kassiopi, the old harbour of Corfu and back to the Marina Gouvia.

Saronic Gulf, one week, ca. 140 nm

You start at Marina Kalamaki – Alimos/Athens and sail in direction Pelepones, over the islands Agina, Kira to Korfos, make a short trip to the island Angistri, down to Epidavros – Pelepones, over Vathi, Moni, Poros back to the mainland, over Patroklos to Marina Kalamaki/Athen.

Dodekanes, one week, ca. 150 nm

You start at Marina Kos, sail on Kalymnos Port, then to the islands Leros, Lipsi, Arkoi, Pathmos, Levitha, round the southern point of Kos, back to Marina Kos.

Arrival
Airports Athens, Kos, Rhodos and Corfu. We like to take over the flight-providing for your charter vacation. If you will travel with aeroplane, we like to organize the transfer to your departure base. Price on inquiry.

Enjoy our Greece-Regatta, the 10. Blue Horizon Cup 2008!
We sail a regatta on yardstick rules but with respect at the elements, the yachts and the sailing material. Beside the races there will be time enough for a lot of fun like swimming and just holidays. The Cup starts next year at Athens. The period is:

10.10.2008 – 17.10.2008

You can take part with your whole charter crew or as a single or with two or three participants without skipper responsibility. The participation costs per person are Euro 315 plus board cash and arrival costs.

During the different stages there are several possibilities and enough time to evaluate the regatta days. Communication between the crews is one of the goals of the Blue Horizon Cup and will be supported from us for example with meetings in Greek tavernas or invitations on board of the yachts.

You become acquainted with other delighted Sailors and get new contacts. By the way new charter crews are growing up and you – today as a cabin cruise client – will be on the next Blue Horizon Cup with your own crew on your chartered yacht.

The Regatta begins with a Welcome Party and naturally finishes with a Good Bye Party. You are invited from SO LONG Yachting and our Greek partner. More information you will find on our homepage under
